The Canadian Lacrosse League has released the schedule for the five teams that will take part in the 2014 season. Teams will play a nine-game schedule that includes a home and home series with each of the other teams, as well as a trip to Cattaraugus, NY to play the Can Am league’s Tuscarora Tomahawks. The season kicks off on Saturday, February 1 when the Barrie Blizzard visit the Niagara Lock Monsters and the Ohsweken Demons make their trek to Tuscarora. The Durham Turfdogs play their first game the following day at Niagara. The final team, the Southwest Cyclops, get their season started Saturday February 8 at the Iroquois Lacrosse Arena, playing the Demons. The schedule wraps up with the Cyclops at Barrie’s Molson Centre to face the Blizzard on Sunday, February 23.
