The winter storm dumping snow all over the Northeast has caused games in CLax and NALL to be postponed.

Mother Nature is reminding us all who’s in charge. With the snow piling up and traffic slowing waaaaay down in the Northeast, today’s scheduled games in the Canadian Lacrosse League and tomorrow’s North American Lacrosse League tilt have been postponed. The Toronto Shooting Star were scheduled to visit the Ohsweken Demons and the Iroquois Ironmen were to be in Brampton to face the Inferno in CLax games tonight. The league’s web site and Facebook page have announced that the games will not be played tonight. The Baltimore Bombers showed they have a sense of humour, announcing via their Facebook page that their game in Rhode Island tomorrow has already been postponed thusly: “Breaking News: Nemo swallows Rhode Island Kingfish.” Neither league has announced dates on which the games will be played.
