The Canadian Lacrosse League Surge Apparel Players of the Week for the week ending January 27th are Ryan Campbell (Brampton) Offensive, Angus Dineley (Toronto) Defensive, Jon Arnold (Niagara) Transition, and Caleb Wiles (Barrie) who takes home Rookie of the Week honours. Wiles also earned an honourable mention for top offensive player with his big game. Both Dineley and defensive honourable mention Zack Higgins shone in the tight and low-scoring Shooting Stars win over Durham last Sunday.

Defensive Player of the Week:
Angus Dineley – Toronto Shooting Stars
Honourable Mention:
Zach Higgins – Durham TurfDogs – 39 saves on 43 shots in relief in OT loss to the Shooting Stars
Transition Player of the Week:
Jon Arnold – Niagara Lock Monsters
Honourable Mention:
Mack O’Brien – Toronto Shooting Stars – 1 goal - 2 assists and many other transition opportunties
Rookie of the Week:
Caleb Wiles – Barrie Blizzard
Honourable Mention:
Corey Fowler – Niagara Lock Monsters – Another big week for Fowler – 4 goals – 3 assists in 21-16 win over the Brampton Inferno
