WLA releases schedule for 2013 season

We’re still 4 months away, but the Western Lacrosse Association unveiled its schedule for the 2013 season. It kicks off with 2 games on Friday, May 17: Nanaimo is at Burnaby and Coquitlam is at Victoria in a rematch of last year’s semifinal round. There are 2 other WLA games on opening weekend, but they’re not until Sunday as Langley plays at Maple Ridge and New Westminster is at Nanaimo. Two-time defending WLA champ Langley doesn’t play its home opener until Wednesday, May 22, against Coquitlam, a rematch of last year’s WLA final.
