Jordan Hall waited 10 months to get back on a lacrosse floor after mangling his ACL last year. In the meantime he was traded from Rochester to Philadelphia. He scored seven points in his first game with the Wings then had to sit out Game 2 with a suspension. He has wasted no time taking to his new club: in press row Saturday night he repeatedly leapt out of his seat to cheer at Philly saves, goals and near misses. I talked to him about missing the game, his rehab and how he has so quickly become a key member of his new team on this week’s episode of Boxla Beat, available to listen on the NLL.com radio network. My second guest is first overall draft pick Mark Matthews, who has taken the National Lacrosse League by storm with seven goals and seven assists in his first two games for Edmonton.Stamp is a TV sports announcer and lacrosse lover whose skill set made him a defender but who always dreamed of being a goal-scorer. He can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.
