If you’re in Baltimore and you’re a fan of indoor lacrosse, you’re in luck. Not only are the Baltimore Bombers preparing for their inaugural North American Lacrosse League season, they’re stocking their roster with some heavy hitters from the lacrosse world. The team opened its training camp over the weekend and announced the signing of 33 players. And as you scan the list, you can’t help but be impressed with some of the talent in the Baltimore room. Goalie Ginny Capichionni, Shawn Nadelen, Matt Alrich, Dan Deckelbaum, Damien Davis, Dan Cocchi and Ben Rubeor. Player/coach Dan Marohl also was in camp to help the Bombers get into game shape for their opener on Sunday, Jan. 20 at 3 p.m. against the Rhode Island Kingfish.
