The unpredictability of the NLL, while exciting, doesn’t typically do anything to lend a helping hand when it comes to the weekly picks. For proof of this, look no further than last week’s pick performance by both the Insider staff and the fans. Colorado showing some life after a rough 0-2 start and Washington’s continued win streak were just a few unexpected events that contributed to low records for the week. Jeff Dowling and Brian Shanahan were last weeks winners, each going 3-4 but Bob Chavez is still leading the pack at 10-8 overall and the fans are hanging in the middle at 7-11.

Once again there are some heavy favorites going into this week. Could picking against the grain pay off? We’ll know soon enough. Good luck!
